I had such a great experience with Emma. She did hair and makeup for me (the bride) and my two bridesmaids, and absolutely nailed it. We all felt so confident and comfortable on the day – she really listened to what we wanted and delivered beautifully. What stood out was how down-to-earth and committed she was to delivering our requests. She made the whole morning feel calm and enjoyable, while still being super professional. She also explained what she was doing along the way, which made the whole process feel collaborative and reassuring. Lots of tips learned and taken away! Importantly, she didn’t charge an extortionate bridal premium when she understood the vibe and scale of our nuptials, which I massively appreciated – her pricing was fair and transparent. Especially given how informal and relaxed our mid-week, registry office ‘do’ was. (Other MUAs hadn’t felt able to take this into account). If you’re looking for someone who’s talented, personable, and genuinely cares about getting it right, Emma is the one to book. I’d go back to her in a heartbeat for any events if I lived locally!
